Mixed Level Reformer - Level 1 + 2
Our mixed level class is designed to suit all levels from beginner to the Intermediate client. Each class is focused on building strength, improving posture and enhancing mobility. The class will provide layers and options throughout so clients can choose their own level at their own pace which will leave them feeling lifted.
Beginners + Level 1
Beginner and Level 1 is a class suitable for beginners who are new to reformer. It is also suitable for anyone looking to deepen their fundamentals while enjoying a smooth, uplifting flow. Expect a steady pace class, simple to follow sequences and plenty of variations. You will be supported throughout the class by your teacher.
Reformer Level 2
Our level 2 class is ideal for those with Reformer Pilates experience who are ready to progress. This class introduces more dynamic movement, sequences, and resistance variations. Expect a balanced full body workout that enhances postures, alignments and overall performance. This is suitable for beyond beginners and intermediate clients.
Reformer Level 3
Our level 3c lass is designed for experienced reformer clients looking to advance their practice. This class combines strength, endurance and precision with dynamic transitions and creative sequencing. Expect advanced exercises like snake, control balance, head front, Russian Splits, Teaser. This class will leave you feeling strong and elevated. Not suitable for beginners.
Reformer Jumpboard (Cardio) Mixed level
Get your heart rate up and your energy flowing in this dynamic, full-body Reformer workout! Using the jumpboard, you’ll combine low-impact cardio with strength and control. Expect a fun, fast-paced flow that challenges your endurance while keeping the signature Pilates focus on form and alignment.
Perfect for those who love a good sweat and a strong mind-body connection.
Pilates Mat - All levels welcome
Pilates mat class, This is a 4 week block of classes. It is a mixed level class suitable for beginners to advanced. It will be a mixture of dynamic pilates and classical. No experience is necessary and all exercises can be catered to your level. Mats are provided.
Barre & Reformer - Beginner - Intermediate
A hybrid class, starting with an energising Barre workout, then transitioning to Reformer Pilates. This class incorporates the use of 2.5kg hand weights (optional) and the pilates ball. This class is suitable for beginners to intermediate in Barre or reformer. Get ready to work the legs and glutes!
